Terms & conditions

Scope

These terms govern marketing, production, web and software services provided by MADAR to the client named in the signed proposal.

Proposals & quotes

Every engagement starts from a written scope with deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Client material

The client confirms it owns or is licensed to use every project image, film, logo and unit detail supplied to us.

Payments

Fees and schedule follow the signed proposal. Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is paid to the platforms directly.

Deliverables & ownership

Source files and final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment; we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

We commit to professional execution within the agreed scope, but platform policies, ad-account decisions and third-party outages remain outside our control.
